Privacy
How we collect, use and protect personal data, in plain English. Last updated 14 July 2026.
Fulfilify is a UK postal voucher fulfilment service. For anything privacy related, contact us at [email protected], on 0330 1333 044, or by post at 7 Mitchell Way, Waverley, Rotherham, S60 8AR.
If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you add one, and your message. We also record the network address and browser details of the submission to help us spot spam. We use this information to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation if we go on to work together. It is stored in our own systems and a copy is emailed to our team.
If your business becomes a Fulfilify client, we hold your contact and billing details to manage your account and invoice you. To fulfil voucher orders we also process your customers' details on your instructions: the recipient's name, delivery address and gift message, which we print and post on your behalf. We treat your customers' data as yours; we use it to fulfil the order and for nothing else.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It stores one small value on your device to remember that you've seen our loading animation today; that value never leaves your browser and tells us nothing about you. Our client platform at app.fulfilify.co.uk uses a session cookie so you can sign in, and nothing more.
Royal Mail, to deliver vouchers. Our email provider, to send replies and notifications. Our accounting software, to raise invoices. That's the list. We never sell personal data and we never share it for marketing.
Enquiries are kept while there's a live conversation or a realistic prospect of working together. Order and billing records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law require. If you'd like something deleted sooner, ask.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
