Complete the set up

The final step is to inform your voucher platform that you're joining Fulfilify. By completing our form you'll choose your postage options and prices as well as setting us up on your system so we can monitor postal fulfilment sales.

Choose your customer's postal options

We will invoice for each voucher sold, based on the postal method selected by your customer. You have the flexibility to adjust the price your customers pay—whether by absorbing part of the cost or adding a margin to generate additional revenue. However, we’d like to remind you that a significant number of vouchers typically go unredeemed, so profiting from voucher sales is often unnecessary.

We require that you provide at least one tracked postal option, ensuring customers always have the choice to track their package to the door.  

It is important to note that if 1st or 2nd class postage is selected, these items cannot be tracked. As a result, we are unable to provide updates on their delivery status to you or your customers, nor can we offer refunds on postage for any missing items sent via these options. This information must be clearly communicated to customers during the booking process.
